Means you're a new user. Changes as you post more. If you buy a PFM (or win one) you can change it to something else (for example, Big Rooster).

That's your "title". It'll change as you get points for posting, getting reactions, anniversaries, writing articles, etc. If you become a PFM you can change it to anything you like.
