Good monring, All!! :)

My name is Nick, and i am super excited to get to connect with others here!

(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?

I am completely new to owning my own chickens, but have helped others on their properties!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?

I have 0 chickens now, but will be aquiring 6 chickens soon!

(3) What breeds do you have?

Not sure of the breed yet.

(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?

I am so looking forward to getting fresh eggs and going though the learning journey of raising chickens and harvesting the eggs! I am also looking info food preservation and getting away from grocery stores and going to a more self relient food supply.

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?

I have a ton of hobbies.
I am an aspiring zymologist and fermentor. I make beer, wine, kombucha, yogurt, etc.
I love working on muscle cars, boxing, camping and hiking, blacksmithing, dancing.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.

I am an instructor of robotics during the day, and hobbiest at night.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community? :D

I just found BYC this morning, and am so thankful i have!

Welcome from FL. I hope you find all the answers to your questions! You have neat hobbies. I enjoy boxing and other martial arts as well. And the others are also very fun! Thanks for joinin' :yesss:.
