Newer to ducks

And should I only separate him or him with his existing girls?
I would let him have his existing girls with him and try to keep your two new ones away for at least another month or so. It is still breeding season for these ducks and some of them can be really rough on the younger ones. If he ends up being too much trouble then I would rehome him unless he is very special to you. Good luck with your decision. I kept my female Call Duck away from the drakes for almost 5 months and all was fine but the whole time they could see her and her mate and not touch them. Welcome to BYC as it is a wonderful site where we all try to help each other.

There is a strong possibility that one of the young ducks is a drake. The drake is most likely trying to breed them rather than be 'mean' to them. Separating him from the flock until day length and breeding season testosterone levels decrease MIGHT solve the problem. (This would take a couple of months - not days or even weeks.)
One is definitely a drake
I thought they would be old enough by now. I will sepetat3 again but I do not have room to get more females. Will that eventually still be a problem? Thank you all so much for your help.

I have had to rehome several drakes that I dearly cared for but the safety of my Hens always comes first with me. They give me their eggs that I use regularly and need protection.

How would I go about rehoming him to someone safe?
There are never any guarantees, but my best go-to place is my local and state poultry groups on Facebook.

I use Craigslist once in a while, but I saw someone yesterday say to stay away from there for a bit. I don't know what that was about so maybe nothing at all.
