Niacin deficiency in my duckling

oh my gosh thank you so much you’re a genius LOL i’ve been trying to figure that out forever, i did it hopefully it worked! i did two videos. one is from a week ago, the other is from today. hopefully that can give you guys an idea. she was waddling away pretty fast but i think u can tell she’s got a mean wobble to her.
If you click on your profile picture, this little box pops up:

Then if you click on the number two under gallery it'll take you to your videos.

Looking at the video it looks like the duck has some sort of leg injury or foot injury. In particular, it looks like its right leg is injured and causing a limp. Added niacin would certainly beneficial to the duck, but it does look like the current issue.

I would look at the bottom of its feet and see if you see any scabs. Look at the whole leg for any swelling, and feel for any warm spots on the leg.

Does the leg feel warm at all?

When you say there is swelling on both the joints, is that in comparison to one of your normal ducks? Because the hock joint does naturally bow out a little bit on each side.

Can you take pictures of the legs?

i just put another video up of her walking. very wobbly it’s easy to pin point her. hope that helps. she follows them for as long as she can then she lays back down. i’ve been giving her so many vitamins and so much niacin and lots of water therapy. it’s hard to really get this figured out. and yes they’re more swollen than what my others ducks are like, it seems like walking hurts her? but i could be completely wrong

Can you get a picture of her legs up close instead of a video? I would also feel her leg on the left and right of her hock joint, and see if you feel a string like structure under the skin.

i’ll get you a picture when i’m back! i noticed today her feet bow out words instead of going straight when she stands
