What is a flashwing? Also, looks cool.

Thank you! A FlashWing is a made-up tribe. They’re lightning dragons, and they’re usually blue, white, and have bits of yellow. They have whiskers, and can draw and direct electricity. When you’re near them, you get a really staticky feeling that’s uncomfortable if you’re not a fellow FlashWing.
