You need more roosters, about 1 rooster per 8 hens or so is a good ratio. So about 5-6 roos if I'm doing my math right LMAO

To increase fertility even more you can have maybe even 7-8 roosters total and it won't harm your 49 hens.

If you want fertilized eggs but not more roosters right away, try a separate breeding pen. I recommend keeping both of your boys with no more than half your hens for a month. Wait at least a week before you incubate eggs or let broodies take over. Whatever, you do, keep the roosters together. Otherwise, you're likely to have harem and/or territorial issues when they join up, again. Once you have the eggs you want, just turn them all out together, again.
