The vine suggests that it very well could be, (I’m not 1000% positive on this plant but it sure looks close) in any case if you don’t know for sure what it is and you don’t mind it gone, spray that thing!!!No idea if that is Poison-Ivy? - It has three leaves, so i sprayed it...

Lucky you Isaac O, I get it just by looking at it. My neighbor doesn't so he sprays mine for me which is a blessing. If I do accidently touch any I run into the house and put pure bleach wherever I got into contact with it. That will kill the oil on me I have found. I hate the stuff and have been in the ER many times over when I didn't know I had touched it.I pull poison ivy in the Garden regularly with my bare hands (No problems) I get a slight itchy feeling a few hours after, but it subsides fairly quickly. It is Poison Ivy too, I'm not mistaken. I use to get into it a LOT as a kid so maybe that has something to do it with it.
