No pooping and extra picking

Hello fellow chicken lovers We have a lovely 8-9 week old silkie (assuming girl) who's acting a bit funny - shes out with her mum and the rest of the flock but we check them all the time for issues and we noticed recently that she lost (or likely picked out) all of the feathers under her wings and it was very bloody at one point - I have treated for mites and the feathers seem to be growing back but she wont stop picking and pecking at her self still, mainly her feet - she also doesn't seem to be going to the toilet at all! She's been inside for an hour so far this evening and no poo! usually they go a fair few times in an hour - note we also have a bit of a bullying problem with one of our older pekins not letting this silkie and her mum eat or go near her (we are trying to combat this and are making sure they eat) - does anyone know if the symptoms are all mites? or something else? are they linked? Have you checked her body for lice or mites? Mites can be very tiny, and some may only come on them at night. Can you bring in her mum to be with her? Make sure they have food and water. Watch to see if she is pecking the chick, or if it is scratching. Sometimes silkies are picked on by other flock members, so I would later watch their behavior when they are back together.
