No sign of chicks breaking through their shells on day 20

I'll leave some notes just in case . . . .

If you counted the day you put the eggs in the incubator as day 1, then you're a day early.

Eggs typically start to hatch on 21, but chicks don't have a calendar, so they come out when they're ready, lol.

If there were issues with temperature/humidity during incubation it could throw the hatch date off.

Smaller eggs tend to hatch faster than larger eggs.

Be patient, you could have a long wait ahead, I only hatched a set of 12 eggs once and got all these tips when I asked the same question.

Mine didn't even start to hatch until day 23 since I had temperature fluctuations in my incubator . . .some chicks pipped and unzipped within a hour . . . others took 6 hours or more.

Good luck and your patience will hopefully be rewarded.
