She seems to have an idea of where the food is, but struggles to peck on her own. She either uses the same hole as another chick or just feels around. Haven’t seen her at the water yet, they were asleep

I do, and she’ll drink it off fingers. how often should I be offering it? She seems to do fine following the others to the food but I am worried about the water
Sounds like it.
Give her as much as she’ll drink. Also try helping her figure out how/where to get water. She may be able to locate it on her own as she learns the brooder layout.
A.right I will. I really, really really don’t want to cull her. Do I have to ? She’s seeming to scream less and less as she gets her bearings in the brooder/learns how to follow her sisters. If she’s starving of course I don’t want her to suffer, but I don’t want to make that choice and cull her immediately
I’d say give her a chance. I think there’s a few people on here who’ve kept blind chickens alive and well.
