Now it's my turn to play pullet/cockerel.

I have 2 chicks that just turned 4 weeks according to the lady I got them from.

This Maran is obviously a cockerel, but I can't recall the variety or whether or not he is a pure breed or mix. Thoughts?

The first two pictures are at approximately 10 days old


The rest are from today at about 4 weeks Old


The second chick is a Buff Orpington mix, how mixed . . I have no idea, lol. Any guesses on what it maybe mixed with? It doesn't seem to be showing any signs of being cockerel at this point, but what do I know?

With the rose comb, the maran is a mix. Looks like the other is a Buff orpington
