I live in Arkansas and would like to shipping eggs within the state. I am not interested in shipping out of state. I'd love to become NPIP certified but until I get the money I can't. Anyway, can I ship eggs within the state of AR without an NPIP license? I've scoured the internet and nothing has answered my question. Thanks.
