I offer most of the things on the list most of the year round. My flock especially like a little warm porridge on a cold morning, but not obviously more than anything else there; they'll have a little of this and then move to a different bowl and have a little of that, and so on till they've each had their fill of whatever takes their fancy that day.
 
I had to tick quite a few boxes there. My birds are so spoiled LOL.

I do kind of a rotation of grapes, blueberries, sunflower seeds, and scrambled egg in modest cold. When it's going to be a truly brutal night, they get oatmeal with some tuna mixed in about 1hr before roost and then a bit of cracked corn first thing in the next morning.
