In the news today - A chicken called the authorities, when she noticed a suspicious looking tree trying to tow away their coop. The tree, seen in the original photograph on page 1, pleaded 'Not guilty', although the chicken clearly had caught the tree in the act with the tow-line around its trunk. The hen is the only liable witness since the hen’s chick decided to "look the other way".
