Oh hey! I’m a crazy chicken lady too!

Hey! Happy to be here. I’ve come to this site many times for helpful advice and decided today is the day I go ahead and join.
I’m presently raising:
6 silkies
7 hens (various breeds)
1 turkey hen
And 3 ducklings

Everyone is under 8 months.
This is my second flock. I absolutely love raising fowl and have indoor birds too. It’s true, in my corner of the world I’m the local crazy chicken chick.

I am looking to begin selling my eggs as we’re making way more than we eat. That’s an adventure I feel will come next. Meanwhile, I’m focused on happy, healthy, thriving feathered kids.
Now to go feed the ducklings.
