Slightly freaking out, please tell me this isn't mites!? What's happening to my roosters legs!? No one else seems to have these red spots, it's just him.

Completely normal!
It’s just hormones, he’s also probably maturing as he looks young cause his spurs look tiny.

Thank you everyone so much! I'm so scared to deal with mites, This is Blue, my black mottled Houdan rooster, he's 20 weeks old and he's my most favorite chicken in my entire flock. He's such a sweetheart.
Im a total newbie to chickens, there is soooo much to learn. Im just so relieved its not mites
