Older turkey poult

I have some older turkey poults and two have begun throwing head back nearly to back. sometimes it is not as bad and sorta like it they were drinking but they aren’t other times it looks so far touching their back like they may be about to have a seizure or something. Other size they seem ok. We have 3 2 older and one a little smaller two are yellow white colored heritage turkeys and one is a brown heritage turkey. The two yellow ones are doing it smaller one started first and the brown it fine so far but seemed very aggressive the other day but fine now. Help!!!! These are our first turkeys and I am afraid the may be injured or sick. We have chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese.

He is now making a noise when he does it. Mostly does it when he eats. He throws his head all the way back to his back. The kids said the big turkey is not doing it anymore. I am worried my mean roosters may have hurt him they try to mate with everything.
