Oliver egger pullet or cockrell?

This is a 6 week old chick. Any idea if it's a pullet or cockrell? Appears to have a rose comb. I am suspicious due to the rust colored spots.

Cockerel. He has a male specific feather pattern and his comb, which is actually a pea type, is pretty large.
