I got 4 white homers about a month ago, one mated pair and 2 younger adults i was hoping would bond. The pair now has a nest with 2 eggs inside and have been aggressive to the others but one poor pidge is being brutalized by all 3 birds. I dont know if its male or female but i call her a girl for simplicity, her necks bare from all the feathers they've pulled. I separated her in a dog kennel and tried to put in the other lone pigeon but he started biting and chasing her so i removed him. Shes now alone in the kennel trying very hard to fit through the bars (she can see the small coop i have the others in). Should I put the other in with her? Allow her alone time to heal? I'm at a complete loss.

If it's getting beat, definitely keep it separated. How big is the "small" coop that you are housing them in? It sounds like it's too small, otherwise that bird would have room to flee from the others trying to beat it. Pigeons are territorial, and even more so when they are nesting. If there isn't enough room for everyone you will always have problems.
