One open one closed???

My baby chicks hatched a day ago, all the other chicks are fine, but one has only one eye open. It was born with all eyes open but now won’t open the other one. It is eating and drinking fine though.
Anyone has any suggestions?

I recently had a day old chick that seemed to keep one eye closed. We went to town, and I bought saline solution to rinse its eye with, but by the time we'd gotten home, it was fine.

Maybe give it one more day. I thought mine might have had some gunk from the egg on its eye causing issues but not sure as it just stopped.
