Unconcous chick keeps opening and closing mouth

Help! Just hatched several chicks about a day ago and I found one of them unconcous on the floor and barely breathing! All the rest are doing fine besides that one. I tried to dip his beak in water and that woke him up a little but now he keeps opening and closing his beak and doesn't seem to be able to swallow it. Is it choking?? What should I do??
