These were actually the most subtle versions of the mullet. For the kids whose parents were too strict, they still had a way to rebel.

Ohh! I just remembered where I heard the word mullet before! I had put the toilet paper on backwards (I think I was like 14 or 15 maybe) and my mom got annoyed and said to never put it on that way and that it looked like a mullet. I had no clue what she was talking about, now I know!
