I purchased mine from a local garden center which brought down the price quite a bit.

I love it! Its very sturdy and well built and very easy to keep clean. The only alteration I made to it was to add additional ventilation when cold weather hit. Other than adding the ventilation, I am very happy with it.

I bought the 4x6 coop kit. I doubt it can hold 12-15 chickens though.
