This is Lily. She was my seventh grade science teacher's guinea pig. She passed away towards the end of that year. These were taken when I got to care for her over the weekend.

Today was cage cleaning day again. I was rubbing my hand down Snowball's back and with her making her delightful, happy noises, I could swear I got enough of her fur off her to make a nest out of!!

Guess that's what you get when you have indoor guinea pigs who are constantly shedding no matter how much you brush 'em.

I regret to inform you of the passing of my beloved Guinea Pig Snowball. ​

She caught ill yesterday and didn't make it through the night. God bless you Snowball. Have fun in Rainbow Bridge. I love you .​
