Hello all. My sisters hen has a comb that became very pale about 6 months ago. She seemed fine up until now. She won't leave the coop and won't drink water. That's about all I know. Any thoughts?

She's going downhill fast unfortunately. She can't walk now. She still eats and drinks but doesn't move. She's in a flock of 10. Not sure about the brand of food. My sister has had chickens for years. She's a a few others in the past years with similar symptoms that didn't make it.

Pale comb is a clear indication that hemoglobin is very low and listless oxygen is not reaching to the vitals.

Please check for Injury my experience with pale comb was internal bleeding and unfortunately my roo died with loss of blood
