Panicking! Advice please!!!!

I will have to remove them to candle them. Do you advise it?
Candled them. Slight movement in each of the 3. Cant tell if they internally pipped.

The air cells and movement are good, but there isn’t much you can do until they internally pip. I would leave them for now..

Also, what temperature is your incubator set to, and are you certain it’s accurate?

Are you sure they each have not pipped? If not, what if they ate unable to?

I have a digital thermometer in it and used a laser gun on the eggs individually when I turned them multiple times each day. This incubator doesn't really drive itself. Had to made lots of adjustments depending on changing conditions here. It has been tricky keeping the humidity much over 60 since lockdown as well even though the well is full and 2 natural sponges.

I can’t see any internal pips in the pictures. They should at the very least be pipping soon, based on the shape of the air cell.. Next time you candle, check for chirping again too by holding the eggs right up to your ear and tapping gently on the shell.

Usually, an internal pip is very easy for them to perform. The biggest reason they may be unable to is if they’re malpositioned, but that’s fairly uncommon, even more so in all 3 eggs.
