I am a student and I go to school on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-3 and on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday I go from. 920-3 so I can't always be with them. I also work. I do not have enough money to take my baby ducks to the vet I'm not 100% sure how old they are but I'd say about almost 2 weeks old bc I got them from tractor supply on Saturday and I heard they are 7 days old when they go into tractor supply I also worry a lot ab them bc they are so precious to me and they live in my bedroom sleep in like a tote with a heat lamp but I'm worried it's to hot. During the day they run around on my floor with a blanket under them in a cage/pin type thing. The reason I can’t leave them in the pin while I’m not supervising is because the smaller duck (his name is shadow) is small enough to squeeze out of the cage/pin. so one of my ducks that appears to be older than the other (her name is Daisy) is continuously panting and shaking her butt and stopping for a min then doing it again over and over again. Since I don't know what's going on or what to do can somone please explain what this is and should I be worried.

As ducklings get older they need less heat. If one is panting that is usually a sign of being hot. I would raise or remove the heat lamp. Pictures or a video would help us understand better.
I will try to get it on video when I get home but while I’m at school they always have the heat lamp on and it said on google they have to be 5 weeks before no heat lamp is that true and if so could I send a pic of my ducks and you know the age or is that something you can’t really tell?

The age to remove heat depends on your bedroom temperature. Assuming it’s ~70°F, they can go without the lamp at around 3 weeks old.

We can tell the age of ducklings by picture, yes!
