Paws & Claws ~A Wolf RP~

Adolpha turned back to Cody. "Well that's sure the vibe I was getting from you," She snarled. Raising her hackles and baring her teeth, she commented. "Well Mr., I think you're a coward for not fighting yourself. Stop dodging me, come on."
Cody chuckled. "If I was a coward, I would be snarling a bit more, now wouldn't I? I'm dodging because I don't see a good enough reason to fight." His tail flickered a little. "Or a reason for blood loss."

"Yeah, oh." Priscilla said. "Another Loner? I thought you were the only one?"

"Yes Vortex. Apparently all packs are extremely cowardly."

Vortex: in that case, why continue arguing with her loner? *he said with a low growl.*

Esper: there are plenty, they just preffer to avoid the packs usually. *she said with a friendly smile.*

Adolpha was grateful for her mate's comment. She frowned at Cody and glared. "Yes, why don't you just go and be done with us?"
"After you, madam," Cody said with a slight bow of his head and a smile. His eyes continued watching her. "I've been waiting for you to leave so I could go to your trap that you've set up for me."

Adolpha ignored his comment and kept walking away. This wolf could choose his battles, but he wouldn't win them.
When Cody saw the Alphas get far enough away, he dashed off in the opposite way of the cave. He picked up his speed until he reached his top speed and tried going faster. He felt thrill rushing through his body as he slid under a fallen log as a trick and jumped on then over a boulder. The rain slowed down as the sun tried peeking out. "Didn't need a dry place after all," he laughed, forgetting how he had wanted one before he crossed paths with Adolpha.

"Really?" asked Priscilla. "Why do they avoid us packs?"

"That is not a trap, dog," She turned and started walking towards camp with her head held high.

"Right," he held his head up high too. "Just like how only two-leggeds draw maps."

Adolpha ignored his comment and kept walking away. This wolf could choose his battles, but he wouldn't win them.
*vortex went and grabbed his food, wich he had dropped nearby and pranced to catch up to her.*

Esper: most packs aren't friendly to loners. I myself have been attacked by pack wolves on multiple occasions.
