this is him at 6 or 7 months he's grown alot sence then,he used to get picked on by the other roo's bad, they tried to mate with him,i figured with that fluff the roo's mistook him for a hen

Sounds like they are going threw a molt also, i have some april 09 hens and they are going threw a molt at this time

The OP accidentally bought a bunch of cornish crosses that were sold to him as white rocks. Most of them have already expired & the roo is picking on the two remaining cornish cross hens but is fine with the proper laying hens his own age.

My advice:
Cull the two hens & put them in your freezer. They were bred for meat & should be yummy. They will just die soon anyway & the meat will be wasted. Leave the rooster be as long as he is good with people & the other hens. If he turns mean, cull him.
