I found a listing on eBay for Indio Gigante eggs where some in her flock are laying blue eggs. These hens came from Rare Rooster Acres. Her flock is from Rare Roosters Acres, Indio Gigante Mass and imported Brazilian stock.

There's a project line of Indio Gigante that the gene was introduced. I saw project Indio Gigante listed before. Will look if it's the same, or not.

Okay, not the project line. Interesting.

This weather has the birds all confused. Very hormonal like it's spring. Opened up the mixed flock coop, & 4 of the Malay boys(2 Older ones I hatched last year), & 2 of the Stags from this year were all fighting each other.
Was able to get the youngsters split from the fight, to just allow the 1yr olds Duke out their differences.

Same here, though I'm not complaining since water hasn't been freezing, but I do not like mud.

Here's how Goliath's Son is looking now. Got a good shot of the lacing on his breast feathers.

Yeah, even some of our plants outside are starting to get buds. But we also have a couple weeks of extra cold freezing weather coming in.

Had the same. My boys are ready for some action.
