A friend of mine could no longer keep her two hens after her foster dog killed the rest of her flock.
I took them in and kept them separated for a while in the garage and now have moved them to the big coop. They have their own run and sleeping area. They can see the OG flock through hardware cloth and have been there for at least two weeks. I tried to supervise them and let them out to interact with main flock with treats a few times this week. Of course there was some squabbling but I broke them up pretty quickly but it looks like one of my OG hens pecked the new hen on her waddle and now it looks swollen with a scab. I have sprayed it with vetericyn and cleaned it with warm soapy water and applied neosporin. Is there anything else I can do? The scab by the beak came off but there was no pus and I didn’t want to squeeze it in case it would just make it worse.
The first image is before cleaning and the last two are after cleaning.

I would just leave them be. They look to be healing well. You could always apply some wound spray or antibiotic cream, the one without the pain relief, if you wanted to do something, but it may attract pecking from other birds.
