Welcome to the Europe thread Bantychooks. I see you are a bird watcher now. Do you have chickens in Poland too? Did you move to Poland from the staters? And do you intend to stay there for a fee years
No, no chickens yet. Still living in an apartment. Hopefully soon I’ll escape the city. :)
Yes, I moved recently. As of now I intend to stay here permanently but that depends how well everything goes. :fl
Thanks for the warm welcome.

Hello everyone!
just wanted to let you all know I am still alive 😂

I am getting my birds ready for the show in Erfurt. It is a pretty big show and it does include German Champion for each breed. I don't think I have any chances but one can dream, right?
Wow, very nice. What breed are you working with?

Sorry for the awful typos I made.
I hope you find a lovely and more rural place soon to be able to keep at least a few bantam chickens.
Good to know: You can find a lot of different breeds in Europe. And a lot of different bantam breeds too. Rules and regulations are a bit different here as they are in the US.

Don’t underestimate yourself and good luck at the show.

That’s good to know. I’ve been trying to figure out what breed I want to work with here. I assume there’s an equivalent of the APA?

My Amrocks are 4 months old now and still mothered by Ini mini. They finally moved to their own coop (the childrens playhouse). I think Black gave up yesterday, because she was sleeping with the other hens again last night.
