Legbars and rhodebars are sexable at hatch. There is a page here on BYC where they discuss rhodebars and GreenFireFarms has autosexing legbars.

If you're referring to my response, yes, Legbars and Rhodebars are auto sexing. but they're each true breeds, not a barred rooster over the respective hens. You can start that way, with Reds and brown Leghorns, but it takes a few generations and heavy culling to achieve the auto sexing traits breeding true.

That is what I was trying to say, they started as a barred over a leghorn or RIR
