I’m coming down with the Bird Flu! lol I want to get more birds!

Can you guys tell me if I’m being crazy, talk some sense into me?

I currently primarily have bielefelders. I used to have Orpington’s, and have two original hens and a biele/orpington mix. I have 20 chickens two biele roosters.

I was thinking of expanding and getting 10 cream legbar for the blue eggs and I wanted to see what would happen if I bred back to my biele roosters

Maybe instead of legbar True Blue, Amerrcauna, or Arkansas Blue?

And maybe some Plymouth Rock?

My goals:
Dual purpose flock
For eggs, and meat
(More friends are asking for eggs too)

I like them to brood some theirselves for ease of expanding.
I have incubated.

I do wish we had better meat and better eggs.

But I want to stick with heritage birds.

1. Should I expand?
2. If I do expand what would be the best breed?
3. Should I just incubate my own?
