My Ideal order arrived on Thurs. Here are the chicks at 4 days old (with a few taken at 1 day old). I ordered 5 bantam Americanas, 5 white silkies, and I got 6 males for warmth (I think they might be RIR).

I have a Canon 30D. All are healthy except one possible eye problem on a white silkie (the one on the far right of the group shot).
