Here are some pictures of my chicks from breeding my white rock rooster to my splash hens.

In the front is a lavender orpington and black split.

Nice. If you got all blues then that means that your White Rock rooster is masking black under his recessive white. Nice looking chicks and thanks for posting the pics.

Well that depends if the hens are recessive white or dominate.

I will be crossing these hens with a splash rooster. So I should get blue and splash. When I breed them to my white rooster I should get all blue. Also hope to get yellow legs in the next generation.

breeding those blue hens to the white roo would give blues and blacks if the roo is masking black.
