Pigeon eggs incubating

Hi Dear. I been going through tough time I try help my self by surgeon online but I never get the help I needed but now I finely give up and decide to search for help. I have buy new incubator and start putting duck eggs and chicken eggs is never ever any of them hatch they grow up and until 2 or 3 day before eggs time to hatch they die is really get me crazy I try my best. 2 time happen same thing. I buy second new incubator and same things. I stop put chicken and duck eggs I start with pigeon eggs and is happening to me same thing with also new incubator. I can’t believe what keep happening. All I know why keep happening is a disaster.

Question I have.

1- What is the humidity level? Should be during first 18 day of pigeon eggs incubating

2- temperature the incubator temperature shows 99F the thermostat that I buy shows the temperature at 97 F. What can I do. Or which one to trust.

3- air cycling incubator does not have any small windows to make the air be cycling. Is this a problem or not. is actually has small hole where I fill up water from m not sure that can help.

That all I need help with thank you so much. I know those 3 things the only and very important thing to eggs. It’s could be one or 2 of those are the issues and you guys going to tell me and will see from there. I really appreciate you taking the time reading my post. Thank you a lot

What humidity are you using, and are you turning the eggs three times per day?
97 is too cold, what kind of thermostat are you using
Some kind of vent for air flow is important, can we see pictures of the incubator set up? That might help
