I hardly slept this morning, didn't go to bed in the living room until after 1am and up every 2 hours to check humidity. We have 22 eggs, 16 ours, 6 neighbors. We only saw a 40% fertilized egg rate in eggs we ate = 6 of 16. We currently have 10 ext pips and 2 with movement, it's day 20.5.

Temp 99-99.5, humidity day 1-18 around 50%. Raised the humidity at 10pm last night and finally was able to maintain 68-72%

Questions 1) the picture shows one that pipped yesterday around 6-9pm, shy of day 20 (which would begin at 11pm). Today a piece of the shell came off leaving the white membrane. About 2 hours ago, I noticed a slight tear/opening in the membrane (black line area) and a small dark spot (red line). Does the membrane look normal, not too dry?
2) One of the eggs, that I can see, has pipped on the underside. I see a small piece of shell under the egg. Are eggs that pip on the underside good to go as they are?

I understand this is a learning process as this is my first attempt at using an incubator. Previously 3 clutches borrowing our friend/neighbor's bantam silkie...what a mother! All may be fine but I making all sorts of notes, time doc and pictures to learn more for the future. I have been reading sooo much for the past 4 weeks. Oh about 12 of the eggs were 1-3 days old when placed in the incubator, NR 360 (+Govee and other devices used).
Thank you for any responses!

Where is the air cell of this egg?
I would place it pip side up.
I have no idea about which side the air cell dips. I just saw the beak? something move at the edge of what is now the opening.
The other one is beginning to zip!
You would suggest to turn the one with pip to the top? Glad it is positioned on the outside.

Update, we have two that hatched!! They are falling all over the other eggs, don't they know that messes up my numbered line, in order? :) They are precious. I'm leaving for Church shortly and can't wait to see any progress when I return around 5:40.
I will leave them until fully dry.

We have 5 hatched and another making the pip larger...prepare for zip. The first 2 are not dry/fluffy yet but close. Temp brooder ready.
