I love pizza. My absolute favorite is chicken bacon ranch pizza but I love a good meat lovers or pepperoni. I am not big on veggies on my pizza other than diced onions and tomatoes.

We regularly make pizza at home and I will make the crust from scratch when I'm in a particularly cook-y mood. I use Alton Brown's dough recipe (here https://altonbrown.com/recipes/the-last-pizza-dough-recipe/) but instead of water, I use a dark beer and I proof the yeast in it before combining the wet and dry ingredients (and I omit the sugar because the beer has enough in it). It gives the dough a REALLY deep flavor.
