Plans for a new coop

I am assuming that you want one side taller than the other is to accommodate prevailing winds. You could do that with both sides the same height but adding a wedge so the roof is slanted. But either way would work. I would put the nest boxes on the outside for easy access.

The roosts should all be the same height. It has to do with status.

The cinder blocks will probably work fine. If you need to move the coop you can use large dowels and the Egyptian method.
