Playset Coop

My flock of ten chicks (possibly 5 cockerels & 5 pullets) are only 2 weeks old, but I’ve heard the time flies. My family has a coop in need of repairs on a property down the road, but I would like to keep them on this property. I have seen conversions of playsets into coops. We have this old one, but my mom would like to keep it functional as a playset. Could just the underneath be converted? Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It’s really not used all that often. She just wants the possibility to still be there.

I dont think it's a great idea, unfortunately
