PLEASE help. Baby chick eye issues.

I posted this a few days ago but I didn’t have any responses. I’m really hoping someone will see this one and be able to give me so advice.

This baby chick was born 1 week ago today. These photos were taken of her on day 1. She has been like this since she came out of the shell. Very swollen eyes. Weak and lethargic. Scratches at eyes. She is still energetic enough to eat and drink. I have noticed she does have some watery stools sometimes. But no other symptoms. No sneezing, no runny nose.
I honestly don’t think she is going to live long without a miracle. None of the other chicks have any issues at all. Like AT ALL. I tried isolating her but she panics. Chirping loudly and won’t eat or drink unless she is with her family. So I’m keeping her with them and praying for the best.
Also giving electrolytes in water. I have tried wiping her eyes and applying neosporin. It’s helped a little.

Anyone have any idea what the heck is going on with this sweet babies eyes?

Not certain what is going on, but I would apply antibiotic ointment to both eyes - hoping that would help.

Thank you so much! I’ve done the neosporin. I might have to try something strong if I can find something local and affordable

Thank you so much! I had wondered about conjunctivitis. It took her forever to hatch too. I wonder if dust and germs got into her shell as she hatched. I will definitely keep doing neosporin at night and wiping her eyes once a day for now.

Of course! Happy I could help Check out this link about conjuctivitis and take a look at the pics on the right. Plus I read that you can use coconut oil on the eye...But you'll have to read more about it first.
