Please Help! Blind Chicken?

The Tylan 50 injectable dosage for chickens is 1/4 ml (0.25 ml) per pound given 2-3 times a day. I would give it orally by removing the needle from the syringe. A 3 ml syringe with an 18 or 20 gauge needle is used to withdraw the drug from the vial. Remove the needle, gently squeeze the chickens cheeks to open the beak, squirt in a few drops at a time.

Also a friend of mine is almost 100% possitive that she wasn't injured before but I'm not so sure. She was th oly bird that was hurt.

Well I don’t know where you live if you have access to stores if so what kind. There are pre-made solutions to flush and clean the eye. And the baytril I talked about is available there too. So can you get to a store? If not look around and let us know what you have at home.
It makes a difference if you’ve never treated a chicken before too. Her not eating or drinking is not a good sign.
