Please help is this frostbite on his comb and waddles

around 30F has been the high in the last few days
Not frostbite. If it gets well below freezing for extended periods of time, that's when you worry about frostbite. Petroleum Jelly or Vaseline on his comb and wattles will help prevent that.

its been getting down to like 16-15F at night he does not tuck his head into his wings but since were pretty sure its peckin wounds how do you prevent that
