Please help! Is This Poop Concerning?

Saw these poops appear in the coop a couple days ago with bright red chunks in them. I’m most concerned about the ring-shaped one (in the litter scooper). What are these? Are my girls okay?

Looks like intestinal shedding.

If this is consistent, then get a fecal float through your vet to see if they need deworming.
