Please help my Rhode Island Red chicks with short wings no tail feathers are they male or female

Wanted to take a poll because I was not sure if 2 of my chicks were boys or girls I have five Rhode Island Red's total.... 3 have long wings and Tail feathers but 2 of my road Island Reds don't have tail feathers and their wings are shorter wanted to take a poll to see if y'all think they're male or female thank you

Hey! I am in the same boat as you: I have 4 Rhode Island’s. They are 3 weeks old… 3 have decent tail feathers while one has a little stub of a tail & is overall the smallest chick as well.
I have done some searching online for the past week and this is what I have found:
1. Pullets tend to feather out faster but all breeds are different so you cannot really rely on that information.
2. Roos will develop combs and wattles a lot quicker than pullets which can start to get a litter bigger and pinker around 4-6 weeks.
