I’ve never made neosporin... probably best to buy it, but like @21hens-incharge said, it might be best to leave it. I would only apply the neosporin if it gets infected.Can I make the neosporin or should I buy it? Also if I need to make it what do I use?

Don't touch it! Just leave it alone and see if it will heal on its own.
