How deep did you cut into it? I would put pressure on the part that is bleeding for several minutes to help it clot. Cornstarch, flour, styptic, or blood stop powder can help to clot it.

I didn’t really cut it, I soaked it, took off the bumble and I did squeeze a bit but nothing but blood came out so I bandaged it. I’m thinking maybe when I pulled the bandage off I also pulled the forming scab, leading to the bleeding but not too sure
