update:
so, she's still not eating. but shes kinda started to drink on her own. One of her eyes opened but I don't think she can really see out of it. she has started puffing up her feathers and shivering. (I don't think shes too cold because she is in a garage, but I could be wrong) I haven't got around to feeding her the tuna yet. does anyone have any other opinions?

I’m sorry she isn’t doing well. Can you please post pictures of her. How are her wounds looking and how have you been managing them? Have you been applying ointment to her eyes? If she were mine, I would bring her into somewhere warm and see if the shivering stops, then you have your answer on if she is chilled, which she may be if she has an infection.

Inspect her well for injuries you may have missed treating that could be infected.

Do you have a flat panel heater like you’d use in a brooder or under your desk to keep your feet warm? Might want to put that in where she can get close it (and get away from it if she’s warm). Definitely try the fish or wet kitten chow. Try wetting her normal chicken chow. I add warm water to the girls’ chow in the winter and they think it’s a huge treat!
