Update:
She is eating on her own now and starting to gain weight! also, it looks like she can see a little better today!
I finally got pictures of one of her eyes. I saw today that part of her comb looks like it might be falling off or something? so I got that in the picture too. but overall shes doing a lot better! the only thing I'm not sure about the comb though. (that is definitely new btw)
oh also, this is her much better eye. The other one looks a lot different but I couldn't get a picture of that one

I’m so glad she is getting better! I think her comb got detached at the back there. In the first pictures you posted of her injury, it does look like the comb may have gotten plucked off in the back, it is hard to see with all of the blood, though. As it heals she may just end up with a really floppy, dangly comb, but it shouldn’t cause too many issues. Is the comb swollen or hard at all? It looks a bit swollen at the back. You may want to keep antibiotic ointment on it as it continues to heal. Keep putting ointment In her bad eye, also, and get some pics of it if you can for us.

Honestly I just want to swaddle her in a towel and rock her to sleep. Poor thing.

Her right eye looks like there is something white inside. She is probably blind in the eye. She has a lot of scars from being picked on, poor thing. Keep us updated on her healing.

Keep up the antibiotic eyedropper and the antibiotic ointment on her wounds. Don't let up in any of the help you are giving her. She is a trooper for sure.

If she seems well enough and acting normal, you could put her out with them, but it needs to be a controlled integration, like in a large dog kennel so they can see her but not touch her. If you just plop her out there with them they will likely attack her, they’ll see her as a strange new chicken and a threat. Giving her a safe space (in the crate) where they can’t reach her will allow her to not be injured by them and have access to her own food and water.
With her eye injured and possibly blind, she will need her own food and water where no one will stop her from eating and drinking. She will need to be kept in the see not touch crate for a few weeks before getting let out to full on integrate into the flock again.
